How long does it take to receive a response?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days. Referral inquiries from CAS workers and partner agencies are prioritized and will receive a prompt response from our program team.

How do I make a referral to Hearts of Hope?

Referrals are accepted through the Children's Aid Society and recognized partner agencies. If you are a social worker or CAS worker supporting a child with ASD or developmental needs, please reach out through the contact form or email us directly at referrals@heartsofhope.ca to begin the conversation.

Is my information and the child's information kept confidential?

Yes. All information shared with Hearts of Hope is handled in strict compliance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA). Privacy and confidentiality are foundational to everything we do.
